Marketing Assistant, Internship/Part-time (Macau Office)
BizArt International Limited provides a learning platform for those interested in the field of Marketing including both hotel and tourism projects (leisure and MICE business). This internship/part-time will help participants to gain knowledge and experience while providing a unique working environment. Interns/part-time will work with the Marketing department to execute effective and creative marketing campaigns for director clients in the hospitality and tourism industry resulting in sales, increased awareness and heightened brand recognition. We expect all interns/part-time to have a professional and positive attitude, an open mind, and a willingness and desire to learn the ins and out of all the projects that will be assigned to them.
Job Description:
Marketing Interns/part-time are responsible for helping the Marketing Department to complete tasks such as preparing marketing proposals, surveying customers and researching consumer trends. Job tasks include:
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Update company websites information, biographies, and photos.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. offline, online, social media, direct mail and web)
- Prepare promotional presentations and proposals for clients
- Assist Marketing Manager to manage projects of different clients
- Proof both physical and digital marketing collaterals, including print and outdoor ads, social media content, and email communication
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
- Contribute to copywriting efforts for marketing emails, press releases, social media, and internal marketing communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing and promoting upcoming campaigns
- Create marketing summary reports for different campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Any other work that will be assigned by the Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
